About Us

Compassionate, evidence-informed psychological support for children, adolescents and families across Melbourne’s northern suburbs and Australia-wide via Telehealth.

Our services include child and adolescent psychology, ADHD and autism support, anxiety, school refusal, school readiness, family separation and trauma. We support primary and secondary school-aged children and young adults with practical strategies and tools to build resilience, strengthen self-esteem and self-confidence, and support emotional wellbeing.

We welcome private, Medicare and eligible NDIS clients, with psychological support available in both English and Sinhala. Positive Point Psychology is committed to providing culturally responsive care and creating a welcoming space where young people and families feel understood, supported and respected.

Radanika is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and hold a Master of Professional Psychology from La Trobe University, Bendigo. She is also a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI).

Radanika provides psychological support to children, adolescents and families using evidence-informed and developmentally appropriate approaches. Her work draws on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming perspective.

She believes psychological support should be practical, collaborative and suited to the individual young person — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Her goal is to help children and young people develop skills that can be carried beyond the therapy room and into everyday life.
